WARRANTY INFORMATION
MINCOCO offers an industry-leading 18 Months Warranty on all MINCOCO lunch boxes, thermos food jar, and select accessories.
To ensure your full warranty and to receive product updates and faster customer support, please register your product by completing our brief online Product Registration form.
What does the warranty NOT cover?
Normal wear and tear such as scratches, dents, discoloration or odors
Defects resulting from putting MINCOCO through a dishwasher cycle
Gaskets and seals getting moldy, discolored or misshapen after repeated use (you can purchase replacement gaskets on our website)
Defects resulting from repair or alteration of the product (except by MINCOCO)
Defects resulting from improper user, including any use or care not in accordance with the product instructions
Defects resulting from improper storage, such as outdoors or damp environments
Products that are resold, given away, or in any other case where you are not the first and original owner
Products without receipt or proof of purchase
Products that are not purchased through an authorized MINCOCO retailer (online or in-store)
Products that were purchased from group buys
Misplaced pieces (dividers, thermos lid, securing insert, etc.)
RETURNS
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@mincocohome.com so that we can assist you with your return. We will gladly issue a full refund for the price (minus shipping and handling).
You will be responsible for shipping returns back to MINCOCO. We strongly recommend shipping via UPS, FedEx, or Insured USPS so you can track and insure your package. We cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in the mail. The original shipping charge is non-refundable, and a re-stocking fee may apply depending on the condition of the returned item.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, Refunds are usually processed within 10 business days. . Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
